Mr. Garrott has overall responsibility for the administration of the facility management of all AFCO-managed air cargo facilities. He develops and maintains plans, organization and resource requirements, including annual administrative and overhead budgets for facility management activities within the Company; implements plans, organization and resources in accordance with approved budget and existing policies/procedures; drafts/reviews tenant sublease property management agreements and ground leases; and maintains AFCO’s relationships with federal, state and local agencies and with airport authorities.
Prior to joining AFCO, Mr. Garrott was a Senior Portfolio Analyst in the Loan Administration Department of Criimi Mae Services Limited Partnership of Rockville, Maryland. He was formerly President of Key Realty Advisors and Vice President, Asset Management for Equitable Real Estate Investment Management, Inc., both located in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Garrott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from the American University in Washington, DC and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia
